NOTE: I obtained this information with a Google search. This may or may NOT work with the T819, as I see that you have to buy the unlock code, which is absolutely ridiculous. The information may or may not work with most other Samsung branded phones, also.
Take the SIM-card out. It's important that the SIM card IS NOT in the phone, during the following steps!
1) Turn on your phone without the SIM-card
2) Enter this code: *2767*637#
3) The phone will display a message. Power cycle the phone to complete the process.
4) Insert the SIM-card, and see if it is unlocked.

hi, i have tried the step mentioned before to unlock the sgh t819 but it didn't work. when i inserted the non- t mobile sim, it says phone freeze. can you pls help?

Hi guys I just tried this code and it works well, so you guys can also tried this once. Below you will see the Instructions for unlocking your Samsung t819 device.
Enter: #7465625*638*18375071 #
NOTE: Network Personalization Cancelled should display once unlocked. "Not Yet Personalized" will be displayed if it has already been unlocked.
