Help, trying to unlock a Motorola v3x so can use with a different sim card.

Using RSD lite 2.4 updated firm ware R374_G_0E.42.10R_PDS005_LP0039.shx

but it failed flashing process. Error verifing Subscriber Unit info. Chipset tyoe does not match (0x460005a)

Phone details are:
