Hello

Hello: I am new to phone flashing but I bought an unlocked razr V3 and needed to flash the Russian language with Cyrillic fonts onto it. The software in the phone is (wont post with this in it) I downloaded and extracted (cannot post file location because new member)
which contained US English and Russian languages.

I attempted to follow directions and the steps I used were 1. hook up and turn on phone 2. open RSD lite which recognized the phone. 3. Load the extracted file into Rsd 4. clicked on start

First it created Image file and then it loaded ram downloader to 100% and froze for a while. Then the phone turned off and I got a message that the flash failed. I retried several times and tried
Flash Backup but get the same results.

(am not able to post error messages must be considered)

Boot loader is 7E0. I have also posted this on (not able to post ) and he has tried to help and what we have done so far is listed there but it appears he has his hands full with his site. My back up files are stored at (not able to post) From other posts I have read this software controls the Imei number on the phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

Guess that message is hard to understand but I kept taking pieces out and the final thing I removed were the three letters U and R and L where I said I cannot post with this ___ so I will try to put it back a piece at a time

Thank you.

I took a disk with the flash, rsd, and motorola driver files to my brother's and tried the flash it there but I got the same exact error files as my post above.

So the flash failed

My phone is totally unaffected by the flash attempts. It fires up and appears to be just like it was when I first got it. If I do *# power it says it is boot loader 7 E0 I have uploaded all of the backup files out of the phone to the address in post above dated Sun Mar 23, 2008 11:05 pm but I put a space and deleted the period in front of the com so I could post it.
