So I had a call come in yesterday from a customer who wanted his restore fees credited.
"Yeah, I have these restore fees. I'd really like you to credit them for me and I know you will because you're so nice and so pretty."
Um.yeah. That line might work a little better if you could actually see me.but nice try.
