Hi everyone,
I'm having a terrible experience with verizon.

They do not offer unlimited internet. You can get unlimeted braodband from srint for the same price.
Customer care is terrible. I canceled the next day when I found out that I wasn't getting unlimited usage for 59.99 a month. (By the way, they told me when I bought it, that I was buying unlimited!)
Now they charging me $250. It is crazy! I had people from the store where i bought it told them that I have got the wrong information, and still they will not refund me my money.

Please let me know what do you think about this craziness.

I switched to sprint the next day when I found out, and now they want me to pay them for each megabyte I used plus actication fees, taxes, etc.

I was on the internet for 1 hour and used 25MB!
They charge 1 dollar for each megabyte if you go over your usage. This is crazy.

If you get plan for 39.99 a month for only 25MB data transfer. You can imagine only-They will kill you with the bill!

There is NO difference between sprint's and verizon's voice quality. they use each other's towers! same towers! same technology! and actually sprint should have better voice quality due to superior handsets.

I just wanted to put in my input. All carriers that do broadband now are at a 5GB cap, Even Sprint!! I have experienced the Sprint Broadband, AT&T Aircard (Not Broadband to me, TOO SLOW!!!) and Verizon's Broadband. Sprint absolutely is no doubt faster that AT&T's service but I find it hard to believe that it is faster and more reliable than Verizon's. VZW's might not be "faster" but it sure is pretty damn close and is Definetly more reliable with service and coverage.

I have successfully complained to the Better Business Bureau in the past when a representative told me something that was untrue regarding cellular service.

The cellular companies are not members (go figure), but they still will often do anything you want to avoid having outstanding complaints at the BBB.
