Of course, your opinion is your opinion, no matter how wrong it may be.
Here is more proof that sprint is "Good":

It's funny watching you sprint kids pretending to be so elitist. I can't wait for Tmobile to buy Sprint and destroy it, that is if Sprint stops it's self implosion.

Are you kidding, it would be stupid for TMobile to buy Sprint, it makes much more sense for Alltel, or a group of private investors to buy them. Korean SKTelecom has also made some offers.
Nextel was not at capacity, they worked much better until Sprint got them. Sprint promptly reduced Nextel capacity to half, to avoid further regulation from the government concerning the interference their emergency networks were taking from Nextel handsets. Sprint then neglected Nextel's network for the better part of a year, after which they set up a voicemail for coverage complaints. The voicemail was essentially an outbox, as no one EVER listened to it. Approximately 6 months later they decided this wasn't good enough and FINALLY started to make maintenance trips to Nextel towers. Of course during this time most or all of the legacy Nextel reps were fired or forced to take buyouts. This left anyone with knowledge of Nextel prior to the 'merge' were no longer in place to let us know what was going on. The Sprint reps were actually told that Nextel towers were in such bad shape, that merge or not, they would have started having problems at the same time. Funny that most people started having problems in September of 2005, same time as the merge, and the signal continued to get worse for nearly the first two years. If the Nextel system was so bad, why didn't Sprint start working on it immediately? Instead of getting worse for two years, it would have gotten better. Apparently Sprint felt they could pass this lie off to their reps who would not have known better, who passed it off to their sales reps, many of which would not have known better. We however kept our original rep for nearly a year before he was forced to take the buyout. And since we had Nextel before and after the merge, we were able to see the difference it made (almost immediately for the worse). Over three years will have passed between the merge and the release of QChat which is what Nextel customers will have to go with if they want to continue using their walkie-talkie feature. Since then more towers have ceased functioning then new have been put up, and capacity is worse then ever in areas that used to have many more Nextel users then it currently has. Does it appear that Sprint is turning a corner towards the better, sure, but don't bring Sprint up as the savior of Nextel, it would have been better for Nextel customers to have had the system totally shut down, rather then be subjected to the Hybrid phone, constant phone upgrades locking them into contracts to fix an issue that a phone upgrade could not fix, and the ever increasing dropped calls (I'd never dropped a call on Nextel prior to the merge) and the ever present "Call Failed System Busy".

I would like to start by saying that the Jessica "person" at sprint is not an actual jessica! when i go onto sprint i get jessica EVERY TIME. and second of all i just asked "jessica" the same exact question that pam did in that link the manator provided.
i said: Can Sprint port an existing landline number?
Jessica says: If the landline number is up for porting. Though porting is typically used for wireless handsets.
why does something tell me that something isnt right.?
also
Dont you think if Tmobile bought Sprint the FCC would step in? they are both too large of companies, right? even though im sure tmobile would love to have more than like the grand total of 50 customers they currently have

T-Mobile USA is currently the fourth-largest wireless carrier in the U.S. market with 29.8 million customers
Nope
- and the FCC will not get in the way
It didn't stop from SBC's Cingular to buy ATT Wireless
Didn't stop SBC from buying ATT
Didn't stop SBC from buying BellSouth
Didn't stop ATT (Mobility) from buying Dobson/CellOne
So, I don't think so.
Sprint wishes it could be T-Mobile, let alone Verizon or AT&T.

keep in mind that T-Mobile is a German company and that the US Goverment stepped in on the VoiceStream/Powertel buyout and the SunCom Wireless Buyout. Remeber that there is still Anti-Trust laws. The US Goverment don't like the fact that a foreign company owns a large telecommunications company in the USA.

sprint can't send international texts to my family in Sweden in Finland.
Sprint has been lagging in the texting for years since back when I was a customer and we could only text to other sprint customers, lol.

that statement proves that there is no one best operator for everyone - everyone can pick what he/she needs.

The question should be
Why do people blindly support Sprint?
