That is very true, and phones also do go bad, it is possible that you are having antenna issues. As for the Fortune 500 companies, Sprint's business arm was anemic until they bought Nextel. Nextel is Sprint Business, and many of them have switched now to Sprint for the better coverage. Oh, and Sprint's coverage when considering owned network only is about fourth of the top five. Ironic that the smallest of the top five is first. I would still be concerned with what happens when Verizon finishes buying Alltel, because as owned networks go, that one will be VERY impressive.

Or it could be too much to handle for one company. especially when company's like towerco are leasing airtime so cheaply now it's cheaper than owning your own towers.

sprints customer service is horrific! I am having network issues and have changed phones twice with no luck. Customer service has nothing useful to offer and keeps blaming the phone. for some crazy reason my battery just dies after midnight no matter how charged it is! This is only one of many issues that i have had and i am ready to give up.

It is a phone issue and sprint can't fix it unless you take it to a sprint repair center. blame the phone manufacturer, not sprint. sprint did not make the phone.
