Hi
My mom's prepaid account expired on April 12th. she had $80 on it and didn't receive any text messages about expiration date. Normally there would be message saying that the account will expire in 5 days. this time there was none. We don't get reception at our house but phones was checked a week ago. that means if message was sent it wouldn't expire yet and should get on the phone. what should we do in that situation?

With prepaid i don't think there's much you can do. the minutes were set to expire on a certain date, and it's the phone owners's obligation to keep track of the expiration date, not t mobile's.

Made a call to customer service.
as a courtesy for the customers they said they can do that kind of gift once, so she got her money back
