Howdy:Question from a newbie to the panel. Bought a razr v3 on ebay. Phone powers up and makes all the sounds etc, but screen is white. Outer screen is blue but no images, time, etc.
What gives?

I dont know much about Motorola's (my mom just got a v3) but you could try to flash it. It works on both my sony ericssons. I do know that on a Motorola you have to flash then flex then flash again or everything will be upside down.

Could be:
Hinge flex failed
Quad EMI filters need replacing or reflowing
LCD is failing.
A job for a cell tech. We use reflow guns and microscopes. So unless you have the equipment, you will have to take it to a store for repair.
