I'm with ATT. I want a Blackberry Curve and customer retention is offering:
$99.99 - $25 rebate ($75)
1 month personal data free ($30)
2 year contract
It doesn't seem like a great deal. What do others think and what have other gotten for renewing?
I remember when I renewed my contract (no new phone) a year ago I got 3 months of free service ($240).

considering the full retail price.$399.99.even the online upgrade price $249.99 with 100.00 mailin. I think you done well

Update.
I renewed with ATT and got the following from retention. I think it's pretty good.
2 year contract
Blackberry Curve $99.99 -$25
3 months unlimited data 3X $30
Downgrade my Family Talk plan but I keep my rollover minutes (3,000 mins)
