I Was Using The p2k Commander To Delete A Skin From My Open Mobile V3m. I Tried to delte the a jpg from the "Picture" folder and i accidentaly delted The picture folder and now my phone doesn't display anything but de signal bar, batery and that stuff Please Help!

Okay. So just reflash or bring it to the Verizon store and tell them it stopped working.

#1. I Have Never Flashed It. I Want To But I Cant Find A Flash For It
#2. Its Not From Verizon

Sorry. Can't help ya there. Find a cell repair place and tell them what they did. Or research for a monsterpack for your phone on google.
I have a V3r for AT&T and I screwed it up too. I had to reflash with a monsterpack and it was uber hard to find.
