Hi, I have an LG vx8300, and I was wondering, if I were to lose my phone, would I be able to use the Navigation/GPS on another verizon phone to locate mine (like boost mobile) or online? Or could customer service do it? Also, would I be able to find it if it were off?

with current gps software, no.
but verizon is coming out with a new product soon. this may provide some of the features you're looking for:
