I wouldn't say they were in major trouble, Ford is in major trouble, Sprint just has to right a few ships. I don't know what area you are in, but where I am from, no ones data network is as good as Sprints. I use the phone a lot more the data at this point, so I use Alltel, but Sprint has made just enough customer service changes that I may consider them if they continue to improve.
