Hello,
I have the F500 and I was pretty happy with it until now. I can no longer listen to the MP3 file on the SDcard. The movie and ect are working fine.
I can see the files and when I press play from the secondary screen the file no longer launch. It used to work.
I since master reset the device and cleared all the data and no luck
I was surprise that there was no thread concerning this device.
So is there a firmware to reload the software? Greatly appreciate this.

thanks for the link, is there instructions to follow? I have flashed several phones but never a Samsung

*2767*MEDIA# Resets the media on phone <>DELETES all downloaded PICS/TONES
and now the MP3's are playing from the secondary screen
