Is there anyway to do an application locks on a w580i? by application lock i mean putting a password on the "my stuff" part of the fone and stuff like that. thanks

you have to put in a flash menu [involves reflashing your phone] if the flash menu is programmed correctly it can be done.
i did it on w810i, but the w580i is same, just diff java and walkman, but you can do the same things there.
