I am having serious issues with cingular (ATT) I can not call my wifes phone on the same account (Family plan) nor can she call mine. I have been on the phone with the engineers and techs and they cant figure it out. I want out of my plan, a month is long enough for them to figure it out. They cant get it I am on the phone at least 2hrs a day trying to get it straighted out. Is it possible to get out without having to pay the $175 on each line. There should be a way since they cant figure it out.
I Should write a guide to etf's lol. i think i will.

I was on the phone with ATT and they said they would not cancel the contract until I changed my phone number to see if something is wrong with their system. If it still occurring then they may then me out of my contract, at that point my numbers are lost. any ideas of what to do?

when you dial her number. do you dial 7 10 or 11 digits?
what is the error message you get when you dial her number? (if its a recording listen to the whole recording and write down the numbers and letters at the end)
