I need advice on how to prove the number of the person who called me from a blocked number. I know his number, but how do I go about getting it on paper to present it in court. The abusive father of my child has been harassing me non-stop for the past 2 1/2 years 24/7 until I said "now I've had enough!" He already pleaded not guilty, so this is going to jury trial.
I need a way to show the one call that I answered that night at midnight, because on my statement it just shows "incoming call" and my number. Besides that, my attorney did subpoena his phone records to show the 14 missed calls after that that I kept "rejecting", sending it right to my voicemail box (no messages left).
Please help!

file a police report, then call your phone company with that report handy. they should be able to help.
