ahh kk im not good with technology. last friday my uncle gave me his cell phone, because he was leaving town and he had another phone, att lg cu-400. Basically the phone had no service. He told me the pin code but i forgot. i dont even have the number. Anyways i kept putting in the pin dat i thought i remembered. But now its blocked. now when i start it puk blocked comes.
can somebody plz help me to unlock the phone

The only way you can get a PUK code is to call customer service. Do NOT guess this code, if you get it wrong 3 times it will fry your sim and you will have to replace it.

Sorry, bad news. There is nothing you can do about this problem. Try calling Customer Service and see what they say.

soo what do i have to do, go to the store, could dey unlock it or do i need to buy a new simcard?

You have to get a new sim card if it' no longer asking for a puk. For future references, your default pin 1 code is 1111 and your pin 2 code is 2222

it **can** cost 25 bux. in most cases a store rep will just give you one gratis
