it didnt come with a usb cable but the port on the bottom has a usb sign.so if i get a usb cable will i be able to put music on my phone and ringtones and stuff?

you need the following items
a copy of V Cast music manager (free from Verizon online)
and the USB cable is not included and a standard or mini USB cable will not work you need the following special USB Data cable.
