sony ericsson w580i - Message sort orderring problem - help

hello guys.
I bought W580i few days before.m not able to change the sort order of the messages in the inbox. same problem m facing with the "calls" menu. right now its taking it randomly.
i want to sort my messages and call records as per the date.but m not able to find the option.
please can anyone help me out in this.?

you can save the messages and you might be able to change the order then
