At&T makes there phones so sounds can be set to ringtones. can any verizon phones do this or is that only for AT&T?

not directly. but if you send the sound to yourself in a message you can save it as a ringtone when you recieve it.

Ya there is, The Motorola V325 It really does Cheep on ebay Like 20$ u should get one

I know my buddys samsung.the one with the rotating camera lense that was one of the first Vcast phones can set some sounds as ringtones.

all verizon phones can set sounds as ringtones they make you go though drama for them because they want you to buy them.on non camera phones make voice memo of tone you want save it .then when setting ringtones instead of scrolling up or down to next tone hit key side ways and it enters the voice memos then it will let you set it as ringtone.on picture phones convert sound to wave fprmat and picture message it via text and it will show option to save as ringtone
