I aunt recently just bought me a T-mobile shadow off eBay, but it is not unlock. Do you think if i call t-mobile and I explain what happen will they give me and unlock code?

I personally haven't dealt with t-mobile.
I'm under the impression that if you call just about any company, they can help you unlock the phone, but they may charge a fee. Just give them a call and ask about it. If you don't have the phone yet, I'd wait til you get it. They'll probably need some info on it when you call.

you can always do it with a third party site, they have services for that at some repair shops
