W810i has downloaded PDF documents and the file format is not supported with the configuration at purchase. From several websites, MobilePdf, a PDF viewer, downloaded, installed and froze at a splash screen during startup. The version of the application was W810i when provided. It is possible to send the files from the phone and convert them to some other format --sending pdf to email as attachments and viewing them as html.
How to view PDF documents on W810i without sending them from phone?

That and using online document converters. Many of the latter don't produce successful conversions when using Opera Mini because of the processing involved or delay in return of documents via email. Also, upload time for large PDF files can span several minutes. MobilePDF for W810i, EN-FR-DE-DU, was downloaded directly from Zesium's website. Jar installed but app froze on splash screen. Jad produced the error "operation failed" and didn't install. Thus far, this is the only app of this type that is compatible with this model that I've seen.
