I have been a new Nextel customer since late February.I had had pretty good reception so far, but am running into a problem.
This weekend I went to where I spend my summers and had NO reception. My father in law is on the Sprint network and has full reception. I remember when I signed up, they said I had thirty days to test out the reception and see if it works where I need it to. During those thirty days, I was not abel to go here.
Since Sprint and Nextel are now together, do I have a chance to switch to a sprint phone or do I just have to deal with this?
Thank you!

You can certainly switch to a Sprint phone, however depending on how long you have had your Nextel phone. If it has been under a year, you will essentially be paying outright pricing for the phone, which will usually start around 169-199.
