I am really confused with my themes as everytime i change them the menu remains the same anyone else have this problem or no how to fix it?

which menu are you talking about? the normal menu that youw ish to have replaced with a flash menu? if this is the case, your phone has operater restrictions, which disable the flash lite menus. you need to reflash your phone with some debranded generic from the factory software.
check out se-nse.net, they provide the means to do it yourself and have very supportive staff
