We have a family plan with 3 lines. The plan we have is a promotional plan which does not include any mobile-to-mobile minutes.

My question is: Does each family member have to put each other family member in as a My Fave to get free calls between us? We didn't do that at first, and the calls between us showed up on the bill as (F) Free calls [Mobile-to-Mobile] but were being deducted from our anytime minutes--using them up quite quickly, I might add!

Since it is a "Family Plan" I thought calls between our 3 lines would be free, and I believe the "salesperson" told us that, but evidently that is not the case.

Do I need to contact Customer Service about this? Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance for any responses!

6.99 per line or 9.99 for the whole family would make sense to just pay 9.99 for the whole family

myfave plans never included mobile to mobile

I third that, mob2mob not included on myfaves family plan. $9.99 family or $6.99 for individual line.

If you just recevied your first bill and the second bill has not posted yet call customer care and tell them you asked the dealer to put on family m2m 9.99 and they did not do so. They have a policy for the first bill that they can rerate you and give an adjustment if you went over your min and you requested something specifically and it was not added but after the second bill hits this will not work. So call before it is too late.

Great response, but giving away insider tmobile information. We're not training future tmobile employees or trying to give away the bank ; )

I thought that's what T mobile was all about, customer service, now THAT'S just good customer service. Rahl, if your a SP do you not offer customer service ? Don't look that way.

They are also in business to make money. now not giving free m2m on family plans is a bit outdated, but oh well.

Rahl says "that's right. T-Mobile is about customer service. I just mean we don't tell people about business practices without them calling in and specifically asking about it. Per SL.
