Hi. I have the same problem as a lot of people here, it seems, but somewhat compounded by the fact that a lot of the programs listed here don't seem to run properly under Vista x64 (even under elevated privileges). Basically I recently had an accident with my Motorola v3r and it ended up in three pieces. However, I got another one and wanted to transfer everything from the old husk to the new phone. I have used Flash&Backup v.3.0.7 and successfully read the data from the old phone and seemed to have successfully written it to the new, but now all I get on starting the phone is a black BIOS-like screen which reads

The thing is, although I've flashed PC BIOSs without any trouble, I'm a phone-flashing virgin and obviously I've fallen at the first hurdle. MultiFlashFlex won't run, saying The Application is not initialized! (Flash Tool/Super File). Can someone- anyone - point me to some tools that are Vistax64-compatible and the files to use them with?
