hey,
i recently purchased the K850i, after having the W810i for a while, now with the 810 i was able to use this drm packager to process sound files and place them into the music -> ringtones folder and then open it up through the phone. i tried doing this with my k850i and NOPE! perhaps im placing it in the wrong folder.
help!
thank you very much

I usualy can't find the mp3 this way but technically this is the "normal" way to do it. menu -> settings -> go to sounds &alerts tab -> select ringtone ->ringtones -> find the folder of the ringtone you want. -> open sub-folder if there is one -> and select the file you want to use as ringtone
or
where did you place the ring tone files? usually, i do this. Menu -> organizer -> file manager -> music -> Folder of the ringtone you want) -> (open sub-folder) -> select options on the highlighted file -> select use as -> ringtone.
hope this helps =)

you should also check to make sure that hte file is in the right format, sometimes with wrong format it is not recognized using hte method described above.
