well, I know the answer for this, but I just don't seem to be able to fix it. Every time I write or reply an email in my BB the email is sent back to me as a "reply". I read about this in the blackberry forums.the answer is to set a filter in the blackberry email enterprise site. I attempted this but my IMEI and PIN do not work. It mentions that it is already being used by another provider. I am curious if this provider is my phone company. Any ideas?

you do have to set the filter. you don't have to enter your pin/imei since you have an active bis account already. if you don't know your username/password for your bis account, call your carrier for the information.
