Hi everyone! I remember a case earlier this year where T-mobile changed their users terms and conditions and customers of T-mobile had the opportunity to cancel their contracts with no cancellation fee etc.
Does anyone out there know if the new price plan changes mean that T-mobile customers will again have the opportunity to end their contract without a cencellation fee etc?
I would appreciate any feedback from anyone 'in the know'
Thanks!

I could see that happening if it affects your rate plan.but if there are no changes to your service or rate plan. the contract hasnt been broken. thats the key

You most likely would not be able to break the contract for that. I have no examined a flex contract, but since the last price change t-mobile has changed the wording on the majority of their customers contracts in case of things like this. does the flex section of the contract say anything about terms of pricing?
