anyone else run into this problem? my dash no longer vibrates at all. i've turned it on and off, taken out the battery. everything but reset it. which i dont really want to do.
any ideas?

nope. just stopped out of nowhere yesterday. vibrated for some of the day. and then just suddenly stopped

Is it a replacement dash for one that previously broke? if so, it could be a refurb and that could explain this. If not then call t-mobile and get a replacement phone.

i tried clearing the data back to its original state and that didnt work either.
do you think tmobile will give me a bunch of crap about trying to get a replacement?
they were rather good when my t809's battery was dying out of nowhere just about every day, they sent me a T629 and a pouch to send it back in.but that was within i think a year of it having troubles dont recall when i got the dash
