I am looking into a couple of different phones.I do alot of texting, like about 6000 both ways. I have an enV but it is getting old.very bland phone.but a good phone. I am up for an upgrade.
I am looking at three particular models.
1. LG Chocolate VX8550
2. Samsung U740 Alias in silver
3. Motorola Razr 2 V9m
I like the chocolate for the lights and the style of the phone and it has the coolest interface and has great features. (plus at 30 bucks thats not bad)
I like the Alias because of the cool dual hinge and the keyboard since I text alot.
I like the Razr because of the style and how it has a nice big outer screen.
Right now it seems to be more between chocolate and alias.
Anyone wanna explain which phone I should get and why I should get it?

The Alias is an old phone with a "new" color, and the camera is sort of outdated for 2008. There are other phones that will have keyboards as well as bigger outside screens. The upcoming phones have been announced that are the next generation of chocolate & RAZR phones, and iPhone competition-ish devices. I usually see the rumours posted at engadgetmobile.com and phonearena.com

Well I don't want the flip chocolate and the razr 2 is nice looking.

Price limit of about 100-150 dollars.and no voyager is in my price range. lol.

Out of the phones you posted prior, I would go with the RAZR2. The reviews for that phone show it has good sound clarity, among having a better performing camera than some of the other 2.0 MP cams on other phones.

I really like the style of it as well. I will have to see what my mother thinks about it and go from there.

me and my grandma share a plan and we upgrading our phones soon.i was looking online and her phone can get the chocolate for free, but i have to pay $30 if i want the chocolate since she is the account holder.if i order the chocolate under her number and a simpler phone under my number, is there a way i can put my number on the chocolate and hers on the simpler phone when we receive them?

After activating the phones to the number they are assigned you can change them. Initially you have to put the phones on the lines you upgraded, after is when they are your phones to put on whatever number you have.
