Hi
I have a Samsung SGH-D600. Every time I replace the battery, its time and date setting resets back to 12:00 AM !

I have a secondary battery that I charge on a cradle and I keep on switching two battery all the time as i charge them alternatively. So I have to set the date and time again and again.

Any clue how can I fix the issue, so the time stays unchanged when I switch my battery?

How long do your current batteries last on a full charge? How old are the batteries? How much are you actually talking on the phone? It may just be time for a new original Samsung battery. you can purchase a chaper aftermarket battery, but I find they don't last as long as the OEM batteries. If you're really a heavy user you should use a car charger or travel charger. Playing music and using the flash for the camera along with talk time can really put the hurt on a little phone battery.

and about the time reset problem, I don't know if you can set the phone to auto update that using the carriers network. It should retain that info for a battery change. hmmm.
