I messed up V3r how do I reset to factory settings?

I opened my V3r with p2k commander and somehow messed up my phone. The ringtones dont show up and many are deleted as well as some phonebook contacts dont open. Is there a way I can reset my phone to its factory settings? I am with Tmobile and have the Fav 5 plan, is there a way I can do this without losing my plan data and without getting Tmobile involved? Thank you

Go to tools in the menu. Select initial set up. Select reset and enter all zeros for the code. If this fails then reflash with the monster file.
