So last week I went to the verizon store for my upgrade. I was going in expecting to buy the blackberry Pearl. While waiting for my turn at the counter I decided to go around the store and play with every phone there to be sure I didn't see one that I liked better. Well after playing with the xv6900 I really liked it. I mean I love the windows OS and it just looks really cool! So I asked the salesperson which one to get and he said that overall the blackberry is a better phone. Well - I made a quick last minute decision and went with the XV6900 because I knew I could always exchange in 30 days if I didn't like it. Well, I like it okay - but I HATE not having a keyboard! I am wondering if I should exchange it. The only thing I worry about is exchanging it and then regretting the exchange (the receipt says only one exchange in 30 days.)
I wonder if the Blackberry would be easier to use - the 6900 is almost too complicated for my simple mind LOL!
I use my phone for lots of texting, e-mail, music, video and pictures. Which of these two phones would be better?
I have to be honest - the biggest thing that drew my attention to the xv6900 and the reason I am unsure if I want to exchange it is the way it looks - not the features.

I recommend going to the Pearl. You will have to adjust to the layout for that device, completely different OS than windows. For your needs the phone will be more practical though and likely you'll get the hang of it through use of it, and you can stream video/music with the pearl so you should enjoy. Best of luck in either decision you make.

No sir - the xv6800 has a keyboard that sides out. It also cost about $200.00 more than the 6900. Check verizon wireless dot com.
