i just got the new Glyde about a week ago. misc. info i am sure, but just in case, i am adding that tidbit to my post. I just got a text message a little bit ago. It said.
(unknown) im watching you
No callback number, as it showed it was sent from ME to ME. It shows my number, i cannot respond to it. (but can fwd it) the (unknown) part, leads me to believe it was sent to me via email, as normally the subject line looks like that. Problem is, it was sent to me when everyone in my house is asleep.
My Question, is there a way for someone to send me this msg, appearing as it comes from me to me from their computer?
it kind of freaked me out a bit.

I would lock the message and go to Verizon or call them and see if they can pull any additional information.
Sorry for the scare.I hope you figure it out.

this can easily be done by going to vtext.com. you can send a free txt to any VZW subscriber (all major providers have some equivalent). It even asks the sender to enter their phone number. in which the could input yours.
1 - think of who you've given your number to.
2 - of those people, think of who hates you enough to pull such a prank.

if you cant respond to the message its an online vtext, or a nerdy stalker

I tried the vtext dot com site where you can leave a text through verizon.s text form, and sent one to myself the exact same way this person did for me, and it came back different. This tells me it was not done (at least thru this site) that way. I only received it once, (thank god) and i hope to not have it again.

also, if you're worried about stalkers and weirdos you may want to refrain from using your real name on anonymous message boards.
