My girl and I just got tmobile and I am wanting a good phone, the nokia 5310 to be exact.
They told us something along the lines of "use it less then 60 minutes or 30 days and you can take the free phones back and exchange them"
I am wondering a couple things:
Does this mean 60 minutes each line?
Does the phone only cost $50, and free after mail in rebate if you add new service or sign a 2 year contract, or can anyone go in the store and purchase the nokia 5310 for $50 and receive the mail in rebate for a free phone?

To get the mail in rebate you must be eligible for the rebate. Basically that means its been 12 or 24 months since your last phone upgrade, depending your contract. New customers are also able to get the upgrade. Im not sure what you mean by 60 min or 30 days.

What I mean is that she told us 30 days or 60 minutes used to return the phones or cancel the plan, but when I went in there to get the 5310 she doesn't remember anything about 60 minutes.

I have never heard that minutes thing. the contract says you have either 14 or 30 days to return depending on your states laws. I have never heard anyone say you have 60 minutes.
