My husband synced his Blackjack II to his computer and lost all of his contacts. Can someone tell me how or why this happened?

Your husband might have selected that the sync rule of the phone over-ride the computer when it syncs which then went ahead and overwrote the computers contact list. I hope you had a back-up of your contacts. The easiest way is to export it as a csv file and / or import it to a Yahoo or Hotmail account. Which also gives you the ability to access your contacts from other computers by just logging into those accounts. Hope this helps.

He ended up getting the contacts he had off of his old sim card.... However, he went to sync a video on to my phone and guess what!!! Trying to put all those contacts back on my phone was a pain... I think he fixed the issue though...AFTER THE FACT!!! LOL Thanks for the info.
