Has anybody got this phone talking to this computer? I have tried BitPim and it can't complete the connection. Is there anything else I can try?

OK. Go figure! I kept trying BitPim and it finally worked. I have absolutely no idea what I did that made it work, which is a bit scary.

And again it doesn't. It seems to be totally random as to whether it will work or not. Can anybody suggest what I am doing wrong?
