Well, to quell everyone's fears, 3G for T-Mobile has reached the great Pacific Northwest. I live in the Tacoma-Seattle area and lo and behold, I awoke to find that my Shadow has a glamorous G symbol where the enigmatic E for Ev-do used to be. I surfed the mobile web like a mad man bouncing from favorite page to google and back again. Have faith all you other markets out there.the wave will come to you too! LoL~ Happy foning!

G Means GRPS, which is what tmobile had from the get-go. E means Edge which is a 2.5g technology. The shadow will not be able to access the 3G network.

I think that Minneapolis was on deck for a launch in the next week.
