Can anyone help me setup my Razr for 3G tethered connection. I am pretty sure I had it connected as 3G on my old laptop, but now the connection is GSM using the ATT connection application. In other words, the phone displays 3G, but the connection on thecomputer shows 115 kbaud.

Thanks so far. I did all that (re-installed comm manager twice) and I still get max 115 kb. I have the 3G indicator on the handset, but I never get the 3G icon on the computer. And i am definitely at dialup like speed (in multiple locations and cities). Any more ideas?

call customer care 8003310500 from a landline after you put in your phone number select customer care then email and data.that will bring you to consumer data support.they will check you out
