Hi everyone,
I have had a Motorola KRZR for about half a year now, and I've been experiencing this problem for about a week, but nothing this bad. From time to time the screen would go blank, it would constantly say that i have inserted, then re-inserted my memory card. Nothing that bad. But then today it was working fine, til i came back upstairs from dinner, flipped it open, and whaddya know?! A blank screen! So i do the usual, open it up, take battery out, wait a few seconds, turn it back on. But what happens when i turn it on? The screen is totally black, like it wasn't even turned on in the first place. The keys are all lit up as usual. So i kinda play by memory. I go to contacts and type in my friends name by memory. I still can not see the screen or what i am doing. I put it up to my ear, and hear ringing. Matt answers, i tell him the story. So i need help with this whole screen issue, since it seems to be working fine internally, except with the screen . Please hep!

im thinking its a defective screen so there isn't a way to fix it. have you dropped the phone or exposed it to water?

And no, no water. When it rains, i never take it out. So no. But yeah it's aprobably the screen thing. I'll take it in. Thanks again!

only free ground shipping if you have handset protection. Otherwise it's 9.95.

that is flex, it seem you use it a lot, it usually happens to the flip phones, you can not fix it yourself unless you be a tecnichian.
