My grandparents got ATT a year ago so they could be on our family plan and they live in neodesha, ks. Right after they got on there was an article that att was putting a tower in neodesha and that it would be turned on in a couple months. Is there a way to find out if they ever did put a tower there? because they have horrible coverage and hardly can make phone calls.
I thought about having them change phones to see if that helped any. But i am sure there is no tower close.

looking at the coverage map (the internal one) I can safely assume your grandparents live south of West Granby St and . that street is just about the southern limit of useable coverage there is a tower due for integration no date set. that usuall means it has to clear FCC and state licensing
with no GSM roaming partners in the area they may want to consider Sprint. I just checked the coverage there. almost total fior that area
