I am the primary account holder and I want either all of the call detail erased from the website or certain numbers. Is this possible?

No, it's not possible for the phone numbers to be removed either as a whole, or individually.
With AT&T's shift from always putting the detailed bill in the mail for you, to just posting it online so you can see it if you really need it, has made a lot of people angry (especially parents who wanted to monitor their kid's calls/texts, etc.)
In AT&T's mind, sending you a summary bill and posting the detailed billing online is more of a "convienence".
The upside to this is, if you're the only phone number on the account, it's not going to matter, because you'll be the only one who has access to the account details. If you're not, well, I'd just make sure that the others aren't aware that you're able to veiw the bill. :

the other option is having the account deregistered. then no online acces. no call detail
