He's right about the big companies though. the gov should pass some sort of legislation that would force the big corps that make billions of profits keep the jobs in america. att is the worst of all these companies when it comes to this. not only do they outsource call centers, i live by one of thier bases of operations, they actually import indians to do thier systems programming and pay them half what that position should get, and then those indians send that money out of the country to india to help thier million member family come to america and steal more american jobs. it's time we take to the streets and make our politicians do something to finally help us.

Ive been with t mobile for 5 yrs and Nov 2008 the trackball on my phone stop working. They sent out another phone it was messed up sent it back they sent another messed up phone all in the same month within days of getting them.By this time its time to pay the bill again.I called them about sending me a different phone and they told me i had to pay my bill first,so I paid it and asked them about replacing my phone. They put the order in two weeks ago I havent received it yet .They knew a week before my bill was due that i couldnt operate my phone properly. But they wanted me to pay for express shipping after they sent me fucked up phones.I got a trick for they ass though I signed up with another carrier over the weekend when I see the tracking info show up at ups im porting my number over then have the phone unlocked..And they can go to hell[/list]

First off, why do you people think its okay to act like a jerk to customer service reps. You think its okay to scream and yell at cuss at us. Think we really want to help you Please You will get far more by acting like a human instead of uncivilized barbarian on the phone. Tmobile has good service. As far as being behind the times that is not true if Sprint is good why are they closing stores and laying off people, just like At&t. The next time you want to call in and act like idiot put yourself on the other side of the line would you want to be talked too the way you acting. I don't think so You will get more with Sugar than honey. Why also do customer say they get disconnected as some of them hang up becuase they don't get their way! Quit acting like a spoiled child when you call any customer service reps

Let's get this straight. sprint doesn't charge if you rearrange your plan. not a penny. get your facts straight. two, t mobile makes money because they are an economy carrier and offer big buckets of minutes for cheap. but that comes with a price. t mobile is so behind the curve with thier network it's not funny. they are just adopting 3 g now while sprint is already started to roll out 4g in certain markets. sprint also gives you a discount to upgrade your phone every year, or you can wait and the discount doubles.

T-Mobile actually isn't that behind in the times. Yes they're recently startingi to roll out 3g across the Country; however, they do have Edge for markets that doesn't have 3g, I'm in one of those markets and my internet service still works fast. Also they've come out with other products that other carriers can't touch. T-Mobile just doesn't want to be just another cell phone provider. They're doing it all with ground shaking ideas. For example, the T-Mobile@Home. Unlimited Home phone calling with all basic features for only $10/month and the price never goes up. Another ingenious idea is the Cameo. I got this for my mom for her bday and we love it. I can take a picture of my daughter and send a picture to her digital picture frame. T-Mobile is more focus on helping their customers stay connected to the people who matter most to them rather then just having your internet connect 5 seconds faster then before. It's not all about who's up on the best technology but what is best for the customer. They're doing things globally not just locally like Sprint and other local carriers. You forgot T-Mobile is international.

Sprint has the at home service as well, but better. you can use any sprint phone with sprints at home service (AIRAVE) instead of just wifi phones like tmobile. sprint has lead america in cell phone innovation since the start. first all digital network, best and first 3g network, and by the end of 09 the first carrier WORLDWIDE to have nationwide 4g. not to mention their untouchable ptt network and untouchable lineup of smartphones, including the soon to be released palm pre, which is being regarded as the most advanced phone on the market.

My suggestion to folks is, find another carrier & show T-mobile that you mean business.

I know they have you tied up in contracts. so you will lose a few hundred but ethically its important not to play to the ugly tune of t-mobile.

Teach these corporate criminals a leson in humility. As customers keep leaving they will take a well deserved beating.

These criminals have robbed millions from the public and have deliberately crafted their web site & customer services so that folks keep making mistakes and then are told to read the 'fine print'. Very hard to prove in a lawsuit and they have good lawyers too.

So what to do? I just gave ya'll the answer. Do NOT fret needlessly over a few hundred. Just drop these thugs and move on.
