Okay, I have this R410 phone from MetroPCS(small carrier in some major cities). And I was told by the guy at the store that I can buy a usb cord to transfer ringtones and alot of other stuff. So silly old me went and paid full $25.00 for the cord without asking exact directions.
Now whenever I plug my phone into the computer, it says I need some Disc Driver Software that I have never even heard of.
I called the guy up at the store and he didn't know about a disc, and he obviously ripped me off.
So if anyone has this issue or knows how to fix it, A Driver software and detailed directions(I'm not too good at following them so I need detailed) would be super.

You called it, you got hosed. The guy did know the product. Your phone only has bluetooth connectivity. There is software for computer connectivity but your phone doesn't support it.
