last night i switch off my phone and when i try to turn my phone back on again, it just froze for 5 secs and keeps on restarting again and again, i dont know what to do so i just left my phone beside my bed and in the mornin around 3 my phone was normal again, but all my contacts, games, pics, musics on the phone memory were deleted, and also i couldnt use the gprs too, it shows an error - format not supported?

try taking out the battery and resetting the phone

hey, i just tried this, you can hold down the power button to turn it off then turn it on but press * on the welcome screen, it should reset

Like Rob5 said but your info is going to be gone. hopefully you have a copies of the info you had on your phone.
