Recently, my Razr2 V8 has been having this problem. It just randomly shuts off and turns itself on and after the Motorola logo, after which I get a black screen with this message:
Bootloader
A3.CC
Err:A5,694E,24
Battery Ok
Ok to program
Connect USB cable
after I drain the battery and plug it into the charger, the last 3 lines turn into:
Battery Low
Cannot Program
This is the second time this has occurred. The first time, I just plugged my charger in while I was searching for a solution on the internet. I heard the tone my phone makes when it turns on and when I looked back, my phone was back to normal. A week later (today) the problem has arisen again and what I did before does not seem to be working.
Does anyone else have this problem with their Razr2? If so, would anyone happen to know how to remedy this situation?

I am also having t his problem, alhtough mine says Err:A5, 694E, 2E. I talked to my carrier, Tmobile, and they said I have to replace my battery. Mine has been doing this maybe once a week for the last 2 months. So maybe check the batter.

i talked to my dealer the other day and they told me i had to get my phone replaced. luckily, they come with a 1 year warranty so all i had to pay was the shipping fee.
