So I just signed onto Verizon wireless and I really like LG so to go the Cheaper route I got the LG Env2 which is getting me aggravated more than anything because that very small screen.

Well I've been thinking between the LG Voyager and the Blackberry 8330 Curve. Both are good phones from what I hear. I've heard the touchscreen can be touchy on the voyager and personally the little I did play with BB the keyboard seemed cramped.

The voyager has the keyboard, but the BB has better options.

I am trying to get people who have used own one phone or both and tell me which would be the better buy. It'll mostly be used for texting and phone calls, pretty much it.

Texting and calls, mostly? Voyager.
I would only go the BlackBerry route if you wanted the better internet access or you needed it for some other email reason. The Voyager doesn't cost as much monthly either, and there is no data requirement for a plan the way the BlackBerry would have.

I personally would go with the BB. But that's me, it really depends on what you're looking for, and what you are willing to pay for data based on your decision.

I like having customization down to finer features and the more rich web-browsing experience. The text-based web browsers and updated HTML browsers on basic phones doesn't compare yet, but the price is less.
