I successfully unlocked a v3 cingular phone by downgrading from 8.26 to 07D. I was trying to flash the phone with p2k (5.0 MR), but no success. I decided to flash a new monsterpack, so I created a backup using FlashBackup 2.62. I flashed apristel's MP, but the phone did not function correctly (End call key did not work, could not turn it off).
I decided to restore the backup, the tool erased the memory and then it got stuck. I unplugged the phone, and it got stuck in USB mode.
I tried again, but now FlashBackup says
"Sending loader failed!
Before continue check is your PDS backup valid"
If I say yes,
1) Erasing memory.
2) Hangs on. Restoring backup.
If I say no,
1) Shutdown device. The phone shuts down.
The phone is now stuck in USB mode everytime I turn it on.
I can see it in RSD 4.2 as Blank Neptune LT. I tried to reflash another monsterpack, or boot loader but now RSD logs says
"ERROR: Error getting subscriber unit information."
"ERROR: Phone[0000]: Error erasing subscriber unit. Device API Error: 0xE003003E Command: ERASE"
"ERROR: Phone[0000]: Flash failed."
Please help, anyone?
